This charming cabin (2,800 sqft) combines the charm of Bryce Mountain resort and surrounding amenities with space for all families to enjoy and make lasting memories. Conveniently located one mile from Bryce Resort for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice-skating, hiking, mountain biking, discus golf, tennis, basketball, pool and 18 hole PGA championship golf course with 6,260 yard, 71 masterpiece course. Stocked fishing pond. Lake Laura is 4 miles away.
 

Adventure and escape into the mountains with your very own private cabin retreat. Sightings of deer in the yard along with many birds, squirrels and  turtles (please don't move turtles as they will not find their way home if moved). Cook amazing meals in the kitchen after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring. The outside yard is fenced in with a fire pit. One of the very few homes, making it safe for kids and dogs to play in the yard. Two decks with one being fully screened and rain-proofed. 

Enjoy the hundreds of trees in the yard or on the screened in porch during rainy days and make s'mores. Equipped with a s'more grill for the little ones, or the kid in all of us. Real fireplaces on both levels.

Why Travel to Basye?
There are so many fun things to do:
*Bryce Resort is one miles away where you can: ski, tube, Ice skate, hike, enjoy Lake Laura (Paddleboats, Kayaks, Canoes), Mountain Bike, hike, or Golf. (Kayaks, bikes, golf clubs provided by us for a fee or you may rent if you don't have any from the resort. We also have a ATV on our property(rental).
*Wineries nearby include: Cave Ridge Vineyard, The Winery at Kindred Point, Wolf Gap Vineyard, and Muse just to name a few.
*Breweries nearby include: Swover Creek Brewery, Ridge Runner Farms, and Woodstock Brew House
*Shenandoah National Park is a great day trip as the entrance is less than an hour away where you can hike, bike, fish, or enjoy Skyline drive.
*Shenandoah Caverns is a short 20 minute drive and Luray Caverns is about 45 minutes away.
*Visit Woodstock for: Woodstock Cafe, Muse Vineyards, Woodstock Brew House, and local shopping.
*Hiking at Big Schloss is just 30 minutes away
*Within 7 minutes of the house we have Freed's Biscuit which has amazing breakfast sandwiches, Smiley's Ice Cream, Mini Golf (next to Smiley's), The Copper Kettle Restaurant (at Bryce), and a local country store for anything you may have missed when picking up groceries on the way in.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire house. Every guest will receive a unique access code for the door, which provides a keyless and secure entry!


Pets are welcome for an additional $125 fee per booking per dog. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation. Dogs must be well behaved and are not allowed on furniture. The mattresses are new and so is the large sectional in the living room that seats 7-8 people. The dinning table is large and has additional leaf for larger gatherings.

*Please keep drinks off pool table and rack up the balls and sticks when leaving property.

*Sauna has to be plugged in and turned on about 30-45 minutes prior to getting in as it heats up slower due to being a healthier and safer infrared sauna. Please unplug when not in use and leaving premises.

*Keep grill grates clean or we will impose a $25 cleaning fee per grill. We will provide the propane and guest may bring charcoal or wood-burning chips for egg grill.

*Please put back bicycles (2), golf clubs(3), kayaks (2) paddle board back in its proper storage. This includes any helmets, paddles or other accessories. Renters is liable for any damage or loss of equipment.

*Please pick up ashes from the fireplaces if using them as we will impose a $25 fee.

*Please put back all board games in their proper box and return books onto Bookshelf if using.

Trash compactor in kitchen works, just have to turn to "ON" and wait 60 seconds. Please bag all trash (or it won't be picked up) and place inside the 2 trash containers.
